Angsty? Scattered? Overwhelmed? Whenever I’m in these states, I check in with myself: What am I lying to myself about? What promises am I failing to keep? Actually write them down.
It’s probably the most uncomfortable thing you can do as a human – that is to consciously dissect where you’re falling short. If you can do so from an objective viewpoint though, and begin to act in the way the best you does, consistently, it’s a fact: you’re gonna be in a better spot.
