Ran some numbers, called the boss man to double check those numbers, and came to the conclusion that about 19 minutes a day is the equivalent of 1% of your day. Then I ran the numbers again to find that the correct answer is 14.4 minutes a day. But I had recorded this entire podcast, so we’re going to stick with 19 minutes.
What if, every single morning when you woke up, you took 19 minutes with no other stimulation to sit, think, and write things down? Plan, reflect, assess, whatever. That’s cool to think about.
